Foot Locker Retail, Inc. is an American sportswear and footwear retailer, with its headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, and operating in 28 countries.

Pam angrily mentioned, "I placed my order of a Friday with Kids Foot Locker using the promo code on the site for 25% off the coupon was accepted the cost went down to $111 so I placed the order shorty after I got an alert for the purchase from my bank and the amount of $148 so I immediately called their customer service to be told once you get your tracking number call us back and we will give you the difference cool inconvenient but OK. I call back on sat with the tracking number to be told that I needed to give it another day before they can process the refund so please call back on Sunday or Monday. I waited until Monday called again only to be told that I need to wait until ups actually pick up the item before this refund can be processed. 3 different calls since my purchase date and still haven't been able to get the refund processed. Due to COVID 19 the wait time is 50 to 60 minute each call. An Error on your behalf should not be this inconvenient for the customer and I should of received accurate information on the first call. Damn"

"They literally only care about you if you plan on spending your life with them. The pay is awful, I worked multiple 12 hour shifts a week I worked every weekend, holiday and only made 12.50 an hour. Managers who spent their whole lives working there only make about 18 an hour. You will have to choose between your personal life or them."

"PAY. The pay is disgustingly low. In a small volume store you are making 33 grand a year. Sales Associates are making minimum wage or commission. Whatever is higher. At kids ftl you WON'T make commission. They expect too much and give so little back. Also, you lose money going on vacation. Vacation pay is 40 hours while you are expected to work 45 normally. Currently I'm going on my 4th week at 60+ hours. There is NO quality of life."

"The pay is way too low, part time employees can get as low as 1 day a week. District Managers and high volume managers show favoritism to certain employees and you will only get promoted if they like you personally. If they don’t like you they will cut enough hours to not catch a case and find any and every way to fire you. The hours are really long and you are not fairly compensated for the work you put in. Do not work here If you’re trying to make money, work here as a side job just to have the generous discount."

"This is the worst experience with kids footlocker, I create a return use their smart label, till now it was about 2 months I have not received the refund when I called them they said not their responsibility and I wonder why the footlocker so bad please be aware when you place an order or start a return."
